Lebanon operates a visa-on-arrival policy for nationals of selected countries, according to the Lebanese General Security.
Under the policy, eligible travellers are issued a one-month tourist visa upon arrival at the countryโs airports or land border crossings, provided they meet the stipulated entry conditions.
African countries eligible for Lebanonโs visa-on-arrival policy are:

Proof of accommodation, either through a confirmed hotel booking or a verified residential address in Lebanon, including the hostโs contact telephone number.
At least $2,000 in cash or a certified bank cheque of the same value as evidence of sufficient financial means for the duration of their stay.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in refusal of entry, despite eligibility for a visa on arrival.
Recall that Fiji recently updated its 2026 visa policy, listing 17 African countries whose citizens can enter the Pacific island nation without a visa.
The visa-free arrangement covers countries across West, East, North and Southern Africa.
